On December 15th 2014, the hotel partially reopened with 25 rooms as well as its legendary lobby during the week and an additional 50 rooms during the following weekend. In-house guests as well as the visiting elite are now able to indulge in the stunning settings of Salle Empire and Bar Americain.

With its 800,000 golden leaves spanning across its ceiling and its five large windows overlooking the terrace and casino square, this dining destination is the epitome of beauty. Now open all year round offering delicious Mediterranean cuisine, orchestrated by the executive chef of Hôtel de Paris ,Franck Cerutti and its Sous Chef, Rocco Seminara boosting a menu full of local and seasonal products.
Another remarkable venue to enjoy at Hôtel de Paris is Bar Americain, its elegant low-key ambiance of beautiful wood; leather armchairs, soft lighting and windows onto the sea are some of its highlights. Live music brings it to life every evening from Doctor Gabs’ piano accompanied by the double bass and drums. Bar Americain marks the perfect place to relax while enjoying some snacks and signature cocktails.
