Chips, burgers, fries, and other fatty foods and unhealthy snacks should be permanently canceled from your diet. Don’t bother looking at them, or even having small portions!
3- Do not skip any meal
Your body needs fuel, and if you do not provide it with enough fuel during the day, your diet will backfire. So do not skip any meal, especially breakfast, and make sure you have snacks between every meal. Also note that having fruits for snacks is really the best choice!
4- Eat a lot of vegetables
If you’re hungry when you come back home from work or from a long day out, eat as many vegetables as you can. Also do not hesitate to include them with your main meals!
5- Watch out for food quality and quantity
Even if you are eating healthy foods, you shouldn’t forget that calories count. Check with a registered dietitian to find out how many calories you should be having every day, and make sure you do not eat excessively!
