Sabine releases her new single “Barkouli Ya Banat”


“Barkouli Ya Banat” is the lead single off Sabine’s next studio album titled “Stop”, and which is expected to drop in a few weeks.

Sabine launched her latest album release last week with the first single, “Barkouli Ya Banat” (Congratulate me, girls). The song, composed Mohamed Abd Al Moneim and written by Malak Adel, is a very catchy celebratory tune with a tempo that matches its sentiment.

The track’s amazing video clip is directed by the multi-talented Ingred Bawab and has already been viewed more than 10.000 times on Youtube! It features Sabine as a bride-to-be along with her friends in a very colorful setting and with amazing dance performances. A must watch!

The song, which is about a woman’s last days of singlehood, opens with a modified Lebanese wedding tune, and includes amazing vocals by Sabine, who is known for her unique ability to merge eastern and western sounds.

Sabine’s new album “STOP” will soon be available at all digital stores (iTunes) and Virgin Megastore.

Sabine is a renowned Lebanese singer, dancer and actress. She was rewarded by BBC radio, Universal studio and won the Murex D’or as the best upcoming Star.
