On Sunday June 22nd, Grand Cinemas and KidzMondo treated friends and partners to a very special Father’s Day this year.
It was an action packed day for all the family with special attention, of course, paid to all the dads.
Competitions ensued and father’s and their children got to compete with one another on the stage for coveted Grand Cinemas goodies.
After the tug of war and balloon hunts there were 5 lucky dads that got to take home prizes: Grand Cinemas Goody Bags filled with hats, mugs, t-shirts and, not forgetting, cinema tickets.
After sitting down for the Vin Diesel’s family comedy “The Pacifier”, the dads and children all went feasting on treats courtesy of Burger King, followed by the cutting of a giant cake in the “G” Shape, the silhouette of Grand Cinemas Logo.
“Our aim was to cherish fathers by entertaining their children, and we succeeded,” said Carly Ramia Habis, Head of Marketing at Grand Cinemas Group.
For the father’s involved the day was a fantastic way to spend time with their children, and saw the initiative of combining Grand Cinemas and KidzMondo, as a thrilling way to achieve this.
