Spanish footballer Cesc Fabregas and his Lebanese girlfriend Daniella Semaan were spotted last week getting cozy at the beach in at a classy resort in Porto Cervo, Italy.
The 25 year old Spanish star, who now plays for Barcelona FC, has been dating Daniella Semaan, a 36 year old divorcee, for over a year now.
The duo, who reportedly met when Fabregas was dating his ex-girlfriend/model Carla, were seen cuddling and kissing on the beach in Italy.
The ex-Arsenal star sure deserved the rest after winning the Euro-2012 championship with his country’s team a couple of weeks ago.
