The sixth and final season of Gossip Girl is just around the corner! The beautifull stars have already started filming, and BelleBeirut got a hold of exclusive behind the scenes photos of the first episodes.
The American teen drama, based upon the book series by Cecily von Ziegesar and developed for television by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, got millions of teens (and adults) hooked on their TVs for the past five years.
The first episode of the last season, will air on october 18th 2012. Gossip Girl has launched the careers of many of its stars, most notably Blake Lively and Penn Badgley, who dated in real life during the first three seasons.
Now for the juicy spoilers, word has it Gossip Girl is filmed a wedding scene last June near Old Country Road and Sweet Hollow Road in Melville, New York.
It seems that Blair and Chuck (Ed Westwick) will put a ring on it during the season premiere, and the Long Island setting makes us think they’ll have a fancy yacht club wedding as opposed to an elopement.
