Batal Design Holding Group; the manufacturers and retailers of luxury home furniture, lighting & accessories, celebrated sixty years of experience in the decoration classic and modern designs, in the presence of political and social figures, engineers, designers and media representatives.
At the opening of the ceremony, Chairman of Batal Design Holding, Mr. Hussein Al Batal welcomed the attendees with a speech that listed the milestones of the group since its establishment till today.
On the occasion, Mr. Al Batal said: “We wanted to celebrate our 60th anniversary in a distinctive and innovative way, for the purpose we recreated furniture form different epochs, each portraying a certain style of the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, till today. Our celebration will take you in a journey through the history of furniture manufacturing that reflects the group’s growth since 1956.”
During the celebration, Mr. Al Batal seized the opportunity to honor the group’s Chief Operating Officer Mr. Bassel Al Batal, Mr. Hussein’s brother and partner in achievement for his endless efforts that were the solid foundation for the triumphs celebrated by the group today.
Mr. Al Batal took pride in the success journey celebrated by Batal Design Holding, that started as a small family establishment in 1956 whose main operation was chandeliers manufacturing and retailing, down to the group of companies it owns today; BDesign that offers comprehensive range of refined home couture solutions inspired by international designers, Daze Offering a palette of contemporary furniture collections at affordable prices, Intercasa offering houses, hotels and palaces kits, locally manufactured and customized to meet all needs, B office that offers integrated collections of distinctive and high-quality office furniture. In addition to global furniture franchises: “MHC / Montbel / Eichholtz”, showrooms, and factories in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, with plans of expansion in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and others.
It is worth mentioning that Batal Design Holding began its work in Lebanon in 1956, and became the ultimate address for quality furniture and unrivalled craftsmanship, with collections ranging from elegant classical to trendy contemporary.
