CRYO, the revolutionary wellness treatment facility and the region’s first fully dedicated cryotherapy center, is expanding its reach internationally with the opening of its first outlet outside of the UAE in Beirut, Lebanon in July.
Clients of the new franchised location will be able to experience the groundbreaking treatments whose benefits have drawn star enthusiasts such as athletes Cristiano Ronaldo, Kobe Bryant and Floyd Mayweather, and Hollywood actress Demi Moore.
Cryotherapy involves painless freezing of the skin’s surface through exposure to extremely low temperatures (-120 to -180 degrees Celsius). CRYO Beirut will offer the same range of treatments as the existing Dubai facilities, including whole body, localised and facial cryotherapy. The 3 minute ‘Whole body Cryotherapy’ treatment is known for benefits such as cellulite reduction and increased metabolic and caloric burn- up to 800 calories in a single session, while the facials help with reduction of spotting and pigmentation, as well as reduction of fine lines and wrinkles for healthier, beautiful looking skin. Localised cryotherapy on the other hand is used for muscle and injury recovery as well as helping with pain relief.

CRYO Beirut will be located on Bliss Street at the 1866 Court and Suites Beirut building which houses the 1866 Hotel as well as a series of dining and fitness establishments including Paul café and U Energy Gym. The facility will be open daily from 10am to 8pm, except Sundays.
