Embodying the Dewar’s motto “live true” spirit, the brand’s Doers Club kicked off its first event for the summer season with its launch on June 28th, bringing together passionate and single-mindedly driven individuals like its founder, Tommy Dewar, in a series of events to celebrate living true to oneself.
Hosted at the trendy Garden State venue, the Doers Club premiere attracted the city’s passionate and driven set to a trendy evening of music, local acts, delectable gourmet street food and delicious Dewar’s cocktails in an all-new drinking experience. The night of celebration brought together talented local stand-up comedians from ‘awk-word’, starring Ali Jaam, John Achkar, Mhamad Baalbaki, Michele Nehme, Nour Hajjar, Wissam Kamal, and hosted by Shaden Esperenza. This line up of stand-up talents entertained a crowd of influencers, media people and bloggers who came to share the vibrant Dewar’s live true experience.
The Doers mingled and sampled freshly cooked food from the live station, along with special Dewar’s cocktails such as “Dramble” and “Highball”, featuring a whisky flight of the double aged Dewar’s 12 Year Old. The rich flavored double aged 12 year old Dewar’s is an innovative blend that is marked by its impeccable smoothness, giving the whisky its depth of character. The menu for the night comprised of mouth-watering gourmet street food expertly prepared by Black Cap Atelier to match the complex honeyed, fruity and floral flavors of Dewar’s for a perfectly balanced gastronomical pairing.
