Les Malins, a contemporary French Brasserie, opens in Beirut

Les Malins, a brasserie contemporaine, opened its doors on August 10th 2016. Located in The Backyard Hazmieh, Les Malins delivers a new take on French cuisine, bringing together the many diverse multi-regional styles that make up the gastronomic landscape of this legendary culinary destination.


Members of the media were invited to enjoy a dinner with a special entertainment taking them to a journey to Paris. The chefs worked their magic in the open concept kitchen, artfully prepping the dishes that were built by Fadi Frem a franco-Lebanese & Aadnan Ramzey a Moroccan Italian Chef, who have been in the market for more than 20years. The diners were treated with traditional flavours of real French tastes, savouring every bite of the authentic ingredients. “Every bite will have a story to tell and an adventure to anticipate” said Jacques Geagea, Managing Partner at The Bon Vivant. “We’ve been through a long journey – from north to south from east to west to serve you the best exquisite French cuisine”.
