McDonald’s Lebanon held a grand reopening ceremony for its state of the art and completely renovated branch in Dora. Present was Karim Miknas, the company’s Managing Partner, McDonald’s Restaurant Support Center managers, employees, suppliers and partners as well as media representatives and social media influencers.
McDonald’s proudly unveiled a unique and unprecedented experience that puts it firmly on the map of restaurant development.
Mr. Miknas welcomed the attendees and gave a brief presentation on the changes the guests enjoyed at the Dora branch. He highlighted that; “McDonald’s started in Lebanon at this location 20 years ago and now, the first steps into the future start here.” The opening ceremony underscored McDonald’s constant drive to improve its guest experience as part of a global strategy.
The Dora branch features smart technology designed with high-precision international standards. At the heart of it are the new self-ordering kiosks designed to simplify selecting and ordering favorite meals through interactive touchscreen menus. Easy payment through super-fast cashless solutions, digital menu boards and the improvement in service systems offer guests increased convenience and control. The restaurant’s interior design is the brands most cutting-edge and dedicated to family enjoyment.
