TUFAN, the leading real estate company in Fethiye Turkey, announced the opening of its real estate, tourism and services offices in Beirut.
The opening ceremony was held at the Coral Beach Hotel in the presence of the Vice President of Tufan Properties, Mr. Kemal Tufan, Business Development Manager Mr. Walid Kanaan and Managing Director of Lebanon Office Mr. Zein Abu Hamine together with a crowd of real estate companies, businessmen and public figures. Tufan managers and employees were present as well alongside media representatives.
Tufan is considered to be a pioneer real-estate development company in the Turkish city, Fethiye, blessed with its seafront geographical location, enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, in addition to its nature that embraces mountains and green forests. For five years Fethiye was ranked first among the shores of Europe.
The projects feature charming sites overlooking magnificent sea and pine forest view and the units range from apartments to villas within complexes that offer privacy and luxury.
The company provides real estate consultancy, property management and real estate development. It includes three types of real estate, namely real estate for immediate delivery, investment projects, and private villas that are implemented and built upon customers’ requests and wishes. The projects are quickly executed, with private villas to be handed over to customers within one year from the date the contract was made.
During the ceremony, Tufan Properties Vice President, Mr. Kemal Tufan invited the audience to visit Fethiye to get to know it closely and to check the properties, the projects and the services they offer. He also stressed on the importance of continuous customer service and the significance of the region where customers are spread around various countries and came to Fethiye to buy residential units. He said: “Fethiye has generated high interest among foreign investors due to its geographical location and to the facilities granted to them, therefore we have welcomed investors from many countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Russia, Azerbaijan and others”. On this occasion, he handed the Lebanese buyers their ownership deeds.
Mr. Walid Kanaan, Business Development Manager, emphasized on Tufan’s real estate reliability, transparency and fast delivery. On the occasion of receiving their ownership deeds, he congratulated the Lebanese customers for owning residential units and villas.
Lebanon’s office Managing Director, Mr. Zein Abu Hamine, said that the company was established in 1982 and its portfolio features more than 600 projects ranging between villas, houses, apartments, residential complexes and resorts. Mr. Hamine announced that they started receiving customers to benefit from tourism and travel services at Tufan offices in Beirut, Tallet El Khayat, Farahat Building.
Mr. Abu Hamine stated: “The opening of Beirut offices is part of the company’s marketing plan that targets the markets of the Middle East and North Africa, as their customs and traditions are similar to those of the Turkish people”.
