Have you heard of the new sushi place in town? Jap is now the go-to restaurant for a tasteful experience.
Located in Jounieh, in the Ubay complex, it’s an amazing spot to enjoy the Japanese cuisine at its finest.
With the international Chef Masato leading the behind-the-scenes, all dishes are executed perfectly. Salmon, tuna, shrimps and many more, make their appearances in several, mouth-watering plates.
The top of the top, have to be:
#1 – The Salmon & Avocado Salad, which I didn’t get enough of.
#2 – The Shrimp Salad (which is apparently exquisite)
#3 – The SUSHI, of course.
Not only is Jap amazing for its food, but it also offers an amazing view of the Lebanese littoral. And what better way is there to enjoy a lovely meal if not by enjoying a pretty sight?
