The long awaited trailer of Fifty Shades of Grey, premiered yesterday on Youtube, and I have to say I expected a bit more hotness!
While the two and half minute clip reveals a lot of interesting details about the film adaptation of E.L. James’ best-selling erotic novel, it only gives us a glimpse of what we all want to see: namely the red room of pain.
The movie, which is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, does hint at promising performances by stars Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey) and Dakota Johnson (Anastasia Steele).
In an interview during the trailer’s premiere, Johnson admitted that she was “a little” nervous to take on the role, saying, “We’ll see what they think.”
The titillating trailer shows Dornan’s Christina seducing Johnson’s Anastasia and introducing her to his red room of pain. The sneak peek also features an exclusive version of “Crazy in Love” by Beyoncé.
Fifty Shades of Grey, originally slated to hit theaters in next month, premieres Feb. 13, 2015.
