Twitter has been flooded with support for Gaza from around the world, and it was only a matter of time before Lebanese celebrities took to the micro-blogging platform to express their support as well. Here are some of the most notable tweets.
Lebanese singer and performer Ragheb Alama is without a doubt one of the most active and outspoken celebrities especially when it comes to violence against Palestinian children. In the light of recent events in Gaza, he turned his Twitter account into a gallery of videos and pictures displaying the atrocities caused by Israeli attacks and regularly re-tweets headlines and messages of support from other fellow tweeps.
