Robert Khoury is definitely one of the most popular Lebanese celebrity hair stylists, and it is no wonder he was recently chosen as Nicolas Cage’s hair dresser for an event in Las Vegas.
“It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience,” said Robert Khoury, owner of George Shop hair salons, in an interview with BelleBeirut.
Khoury was invited to Las Vegas to receive an award given to him by an American production house, which happened to be shooting a promotional film with renowned Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage.
“I couldn’t believe that I was chosen to style his hair, but I was up to the challenge. It was important for me to show Hollywood how much talent we have in Lebanon,” said Khoury.
Robert Khoury took a picture with the great actor, whom he described as a “genuine nice guy”. “He asked me a couple of questions about Lebanon, about my work, he was really nice and loved the work I did on his hair”.
Robert Khoury comes from a family of accomplished hair stylists, his brothers are also well established hair dressers, and he has been grooming Lebanese actors, singers and personalities for over 23 years.
