NIU, Lebanon’s beloved authentic Hawaiian poke bowl restaurant, has launched a new vegan menu which includes a varied selection of mouthwatering healthy bowls.
The introduction of these new items is part of the restaurant’s commitment to serve freshness to its devoted customers, and to cater to the growing demand for vegan bowls.
The new bowls, which were added to the menu, include: The Medi-Vegan Tofu (885 calories), Vegan Tofu (531 calories), Super Salad (594 calories), Kale Vegan Salad (574 calories). Customers can also choose to customize their vegan bowl by building it on their own through the available vegan items on the menu.
BelleBeirut recommends the Medi-Vegan Tofu (Sushi rice, breaded tofu, rocca, broccoli, eggplant mix, fried chickpeas, sweet potato, beetroot, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, chia seeds, roasted almonds, tahina sauce) and the Super Salad (Quinoa, spinach, broccoli, edamame, kale, pickled ginger, pickled onions, pomegranate, purple cabbage, white cabbage, mushroom, almonds, goji berries, chia seeds and lime herbs sauce) which both have delicious sauces.
Try your Vegan Bowl from NIU by visiting one of their branches in Ashrafieh, Mtayleb, Rocca Marina or Broummana (Summer).
