Sage Stallone’s death last week has shocked his father, legendary actor Sylvester Stallone, as well as the entire American movie industry. The cause of death is still undetermined, but one of his close friends revealed interesting information about the actor’s life, before his demise.
“He was (definitely) on something, […] his behavior was very similar to Ozzy Osbourne”, said Robert Rhine, who was a close friend of Sage Stallone, in an interview with TMZ.
Robert Rhine, who is the editor of Girls and Corpses magazine, recently used Sage’s apartment for a photoshoot.
According to him, it took Sage 45 minutes to open the door and when he did he was only able to talk for a couple of seconds at a time.
Rhine says Sage tried to take pictures without removing the lens cap, and it is at that moment that he became certain that his friend “was on something”.
Police officers, who showed up at the house the day the 36 year old’s body was discovered, said his bedroom was ‘disgusting’ and was littered with cigarette butts and empty cans.
But some of his close friends are insisting Sage was a “not that type of guy” and that “he was always clean”.
It’s been reported that Sage planning to marry his long-term girlfriend in Las Vegas next weekend before his sudden death.
His father, Sylvester was attending Comic Con in San Diego when he found out about his death.
