McDonald’s Lebanon Organizes an Iftar Banquet for the Elderly

McDonald’s Lebanon organized an Iftar dinner for the elderly from various Lebanese associations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

The banquet was held in McDonald’s Badaro in the presence of Mr. Karim Miknas, Managing Partner of McDonald’s Lebanon, as well as McDonald’s Restaurant Support Center managers and employees, who helped in serving the meals to the senior citizens.

Mr. Miknas welcomed the guests and expressed his contentment, as this gathering reflects the true meaning of the month of Ramadan. McDonald’s employees were keen on helping the senior invitees spend an enjoyable time during the Iftar by also hosting a series of entertainment acts as Oud performance to set the mood, and twirling dervishes.

This initiative is part of McDonald’s corporate social responsibility, giving back to the local community by supporting institutions and associations that make a positive impact on people’s lives; creating feel good moments for everyone.
